I had a perfect stay here. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything worked smoothly, from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices. Service was fast and professional throughout. I couldn’t find a single fault—everything was just right. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

El personal del hotel fue lo mejor Hubo dos cambios de habitación por goteras, un armario que se caía, la cortina del baño rota, un pájaro muerto en la piscina., un chicle en la habitación pegado en el suelo que denotaba falta de limpieza... Además, no hay limpieza diaria ni cambio de toallas en la habitación. Muy buena ubicación si quieres salir de fiesta, pero hotel a evitar.

เป็นโรงแรมที่แย่ที่สุดที่เคยพักมา ห้องแรกกลิ่นเหม็นอับ เราขอย้ายห้อง ห้องสอง แอร์กลิ่นแรงมาก คืนแรกที่เราเข้าพักก็ทำให้เราเจ็บคอ เราก็หวังว่ากลิ่นแอร์จะหายไป หลังจากสองคืนเราขอย้ายห้อง สุดท้ายเราทั้งคู่ไม่สบาย ไม่สามารถออกไปข้างนอกได้สองสามวัน และไม่สามารถใช้โทรศัพท์ติดต่อรีเซฟชั่นได้ หลังจากที่เราดีขึ้นลงไปถามรีเสฟชั่น มีของมาส่งเราไหม ของมาสองสามวันแต่เขาบอกไม่รู้ของใคร ทั้งๆที่เราบอกว่าจะมีของมาส่งและเราจองห้องชื่อเราแต่เขาบอกหาไม่เจอและบอกสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น เขาบอกจะย้ายห้องใหม่ไหม? เรากับแฟนคุยกันว่าสามห้องที่เราเจอมาล้ายกันหมด และเหนื่อยกับการย้าย เราต้องทนอยู่แบบนั้น 10 คืน ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงได้ยินทุกอย่างจากข้างนอกและข้างห้องเป็นการพักผ่อนที่แย่ที่สุดของเรา เราจองห้องจากแอพมีโต๊ะพลูพอเราไปถึงสามารถเล่นพลูได้เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกในห้อง ใช้ไม่ได้เลย โทรศัพท์โทรไม่ได้ ตู้เสื้อผ้าประตูก็จะหลุด ตู้เย็นน้ำแข็ง เต็มช่องฟรีต เราจอง 10 คืน ย้ายสามห้อง เป็นอะไรที่ผิดหวังมากๆ กฎของโรงแรมคือห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในห้องแต่ห้องที่เราพักก้นบุหรี่เต็มหน้าต่าง หลังจากที่เรากลับออสเตรเลียเราทั้งคู่ยังไม่สบายยังไม่สามารถกลับไปทำงานตามปกติได้ หวังว่าทาง รร จะปรับปรุงแก้ไขสิ่งต่าง ให้ดีขึ้น และหวังว่าแขกที่เข้าพักจะไม่เจอเหมือนเรา

Hotel is old and worn out! Is in need of major remodeling. They must use a gallon of air freshener on every floor it stinks. Breakfast was good! I actually moved to another hotel to sleep and only had breakfast because I couldn’t stand the smell! Staff are extremely kind and accommodating, but doesn’t change the atmosphere
